Fiber-optic cable OKGS-T/P for installation in protective plastic pipes, for indoor application and for suspension


Fiber-optic cable OKGS-T/P is designed for installation in protective plastic pipes, for indoor application, for suspension on overhead power lines, urban lighting pillars, between buildings.

Cable core is a natural color tube. Optical fibers (2 - 48) are placed inside the tube. Interstice inside is filled with hydrophobic gel. Fiber glass yarns are formed around cable core. The outer jacket is made of high density polyethylene. In case of exclusive standards of fire safety cable jacket is made of halogen free flame retardant (HFFR) compound. Cable jacket includes additional strength components as a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) rod. In case the number of fibers exceeds 12 ring marking is used and/or bundling with identifications yarns.
